 Hog Roasts, BBQ's, Carveries 

Hog Roast:  Knight's Chefs,  uniformed  assistants and waiting staff promise a mouth-watering Hog Roast with delicious crispy crackling. A large pig takes six to seven hours to cook and normally feeds about 100 + with additional joints available for extra choice. We can pre-cook the pig or cook on site for your party.
Our speciality Hog & Spit Roasts never fail to get your guests talking - the aroma of freshly-prepared food being created before your eyes is a feast for the imagination. Knights can cater from a private partyof 30 to large outdoor Corporate Events.

BBQs : From 40 to 400 people our purpose-built  charcoal BBQ's are manned  by trained staff who can cook  a wide choice to suit any budget and create the perfect atmosphere for your event. 

Carveries:  With our purpose-built carvery set-up we can serve freshly cooked joints to feed from 40 to 400. Meats can be presented with onions, sauces and marinades. Pork, Beef, Turkey, Lamb and Venison are popular  choices.
