Menu 1:

British Beef burgers served in a roll with relish & cheese

Vegetable Burgers served in a roll with relish and cheese

Menu 2:

Menu 1 plus:  Prawn Skewers with sweet chilli dip

Roasted Vegetable Skewers

Chicken Satay Skewers

Menu 3:

Menu 2 plus: Lamb Skewers marinated with Rosemary, apple & Mint 

Pork Skewers marinated with Spicy Mango

Salmon Steaks with Coriander & Lime



Salads: 

Traditional : Mixed leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot & celery, dressing;

Waldorf: Apple, celery & walnuts in a creamy mayo

Seasonal Fruit: mix of mediterranean and fresh fruit medley;

Coleslaw: Freshly prepared cabbage, carrot & red onion in herby mayo;

Potato: Seasonal potatoes & spring onion in herby mayo;

Winter salad: New potatoes, crispy bacon, red pepper in herby mayo;

Cous-Cous: Fragranced cous-cous with coconut, peppers, sweetcorn & herbs (v)

Thai: Bean sprouts, spring onion, baby sweetcorn,cashew nuts, mixed spice seasoning;

Pasta: chilled pasta with peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives & sweetcorn in herby mayo dressing.

We support high-welfare farming for all our meat products and also use our own reared livestock.
Vegetables are produced and sourced locally.

Speciality menus are available; Speciality Wedding Menus, Cream Teas. Food allergies/intolerances also catered for.
